Important Update for Creators Shipping Through MyUS, Shipito, and Other Forwarders

Hi creators,We're writing with an important update for members who receive Collaboom products through a package forwarding service (MyUS, Shipito, MoldedBox, and similar).Starting May 12, 2026, every new Collaboom creator must verify a real US phone number and a real US shipping address (not a forwarder) before joining campaigns. This change keeps Collaboom valuable for the US brands that pay for our campaigns.We understand this is a sudden change for members who joined Collaboom earlier and have always used a forwarder. To make sure you can keep participating, we've opened a new Special Access Program.Who can applyYou joined Collaboom before May 12, 2026You currently use a package forwarder to receive productsYou have an active TikTok account and have posted for a Collaboom campaign beforeHow to applyVisit the link at the bottom of this post and fill out a short form. Our team will personally review your application and let you know the decision.The form asks for 4 simple things:The country you actually live inThe name of the forwarding service you useTypical delivery time from the US to your countryTwo acknowledgements that confirm you'll post in EnglishWhat happens if you're approvedYou can apply to campaigns like any other member. You won't need to verify a US phone or address.All other rules still apply. For example, if you haven't completed your first campaign yet, you can only apply to one campaign at a time until that first one is fully completed.All campaign content must be in English. If you break this rule, your approval can be removed and you'll be blocked from campaigns again.Before you apply, please read carefullyAll content must be in English. Spanish-only or other non-English videos don't work for US brands and will count as a violation.Products will take longer to arrive. International forwarding usually adds 7 to 21 days or more. You are still responsible for meeting the campaign deadline, just like any other member. Late submissions result in deadline-missed penalties.You can only apply once. If we reject your application, please email hello@collaboom.io before applying again.False information leads to a permanent ban. If you lie about your country, forwarder, or address, your account will be terminated and you will lose any unpaid balance.Joined after May 12, 2026 and want to use a forwarder?A separate program for newer members who use a forwarder is coming soon.
