Important Updates: Verification, Active Campaigns, and a New VIP Experience

There's something here that affects every creator on Collaboom.Phone & Address Verification. Please Complete YoursIf you haven't already, please open your Influencer Dashboard and complete the "Verify your account" card at the top of the page. You'll see a "Verify" button next to your phone number and shipping address. The whole process takes about two minutes if you genuinely live in the United States, and it's a one-time thing.Verification is now required before you can apply to any new campaign created on or after May 12, 2026. Please Finish ThemWe've been getting questions from creators who are unsure what happens to their current campaigns if they cannot complete the new verification. We want to be very clear:If you've already been approved for a campaign, that campaign is yours to finish. The verification update does not retroactively block work that's already in progress. You can still receive your product, submit your video, get your content approved, and receive your payout with no issues.Even if you decide not to verify your phone or address right now, we strongly encourage you to complete every active campaign you've already been approved for. How you wrap up your current commitments will directly influence the decisions we make about creators who are unable to verify. Creators who fulfill their existing obligations in good faith, even during this transition, will be treated very differently from those who walk away with content unfinished. Your follow through right now genuinely matters to us.VIP Program: New Benefits, New DirectionWe've also updated how the VIP tier works, and we want to be transparent about what's changing.What's gone: VIP "auto approval" on every campaign. The old mechanic where VIPs were automatically approved on any campaign they applied to is being phased out.What's new and better:VIP-Exclusive Campaigns: premium campaigns that only VIP creators can see and apply to. These are reserved entirely for our top-tier creators.VIP Priority Access Window: on selected campaigns, VIPs get an exclusive early access window before the campaign opens to all creators. When the window closes (or our team opens it early), everyone else can apply.Unlimited applications, dedicated team support, and the same fast-track recognition VIPs have always enjoyed.What's coming next: We're actively planning more VIP exclusive partnerships with the brands we work with. Expect to see more VIP only campaigns appearing on the platform in the coming weeks. This is the direction we always intended for VIP real, tangible perk that rewards the creators who consistently deliver high-quality work, rather than a procedural shortcut.If you're a current VIP, your status and benefits continue uninterrupted.
